The ‘Great Wilderness Challenge‘ is a great 25 mile run amongst the mountains of Wester Ross in north west Scotland. I have done this a number of times but only ever written about it once. ‘Lakes in a Day‘ is a 50 mile mountain run from north to south through the Lake District in NW England.
